Established since 1970s

Ng Ai sprouted its roots in the 1970s from a family-run market stall in Taman Jurong II Market. Helmed by the late Madam Ng Ai, every aspect of the business was diligently undertaken by the family members – from sourcing poultry to meticulous processing and doorstep deliveries. From a humble hawker stall, Ng Ai has evolved into a prominent supplier of premium poultry products, meeting the sophisticated demands of the hospitality sector.

Our Journey

1970

Leased stall #01-111 at Taman Jurong II Market in 1974 and started backyard slaughtering at 226R Choa Chu Kang in 1976

1986

Acquired factory space at Pandan Loop and is the first poultry abattoir in Singapore to be fitted with semi-automatic machinery for poultry processing

1986

1989

Ng Ai Muslim Poultry Industries Pte Ltd was officially incorporated and moved to current location at 17 Wan Lee Road

1995

Aggressively expanding into hospitality industry with up to 80% of 5-star hotels under our customer portfolio
